2013 Oscar-nominated animation is delightful
James Verniere, Boston Herald
“The Longest Daycare” is a comic film noir in which our intrepid baby lead is dropped off at you-know-where and meets a demon kid who likes to use a hammer to flatten butterflies. Featuring security devices from “Often Wrong Technologies,” a toy monkey drumming along to “Pagliacci,” a Hans Zimmer score and a box of “Raggedy Ayn Rand Dolls,” the film is an animated delight.
