With all the talk about Ayn Rand and Paul Ryan and our current presidential election circus, it is important for all to understand that Ayn Rand contradicted her public pronouncements about individualism by having all her heroes and heroines make their fortunes by undertaking projects that were beneficial to everybody. This is actually how any entrepreneur makes money: by providing a product or service the rest of us want enough to pay for and pay those of us making the product or giving the service enough for us to have a good job.
