Ryan’s budget seeks to drastically change the current tax rates for both personal and corporate rates. Income rates would change so that there were two brackets, 10% and 25%. It sounds super cool at first, you know, watching your taxes drop to a 10% rate for most of us would sure feel fantastic. Until you realize that so much of what Ryan has to cut in his budget is to account for dropping the rates on the rich by as much as fourteen percent.    Published: 2013-03-13
