Rubio, Paul take stage at CPAC in possible preview of 2016 primary

In a possible preview of the 2016 Republican presidential primary, Sens. Marco Rubio of Florida and Rand Paul of Kentucky spoke back-to-back on the main stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference Thursday. [....] [Rubio] subtly countered the notion that the GOP is a Randian party composed of people that only care about their own individual needs. “We do have obligations to each other,” Rubio said, striking a communitarian note.
